The State of our Children’s Health Today
Healthful kids. From an early age, we teach
our children right from wrong. We tell them “Don’t stick your
fingers in the electrical socket”, “Watch out for fires” or
“Don’t put small things in your mouth”. Yet, when it comes to
teaching healthy eating habits, we skip out on many of the
important things. And that is when the trouble begins.
Welcome to Ronni Litz Julien’s Healthful Kids. This site is
designed to provide parents, caregivers and anyone interested
in children’s health and nutrition, the most up-to-date and
valuable advice on how to create healthy eating habits for
children and themselves, FOR LIFE!
Teaching children to eat healthily has probably never been
harder than it is today. But that shouldn’t stop you from
trying. Help your children. Help them to help themselves. And
most of all help them in living a long wonderful life, in
which they develop normally, physically and emotionally, and
feel great about themselves in the process. You will too. |
